CV Architect Pro is a web-based AI-assisted resume optimisation tool. The service analyses your CV and job descriptions using a 4-layer AI pipeline and presents suggested edits for your review and approval. The service is provided "as is" for informational and assistive purposes only.

The Free tier provides up to 5 AI analyses per month (maximum 1 per day) with ATS score preview at no cost, with no time limit. PDF/DOCX export requires a paid plan. Free users receive 2 complimentary workshop edits per session; unlimited workshop editing requires a paid plan. No credit card or sign-up is required. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days' notice.

• Pro — EUR €11.90/month. Includes 50 tailored CVs per month (maximum 10 per day), full PDF + DOCX export, 5 ATS-safe CV templates, unlimited workshop editing, cover letter generation, and 5 CV history saves.
• Pro+ — EUR €29.90/month. Includes 150 CV optimizations per month with no daily cap, 15 ATS-safe CV templates, priority AI processing, bulk export, competitor benchmarking, and 15 CV history saves.
• All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until your billing period ends.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, but you retain full access to the purchased features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

You retain full ownership of your CV content, job descriptions, and all outputs generated through the service. CV Architect Pro claims no rights over content you input or export. The CV Architect Pro application, design, and brand are © 2025–2026 Remans Design Consulting. All rights reserved.

• You must not use the service to fabricate credentials, qualifications, or employment history.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent service limits, including using the Clear Session Data function or any other method to bypass daily run quotas or quota enforcement.
• You must not use the service for bulk commercial CV production without an Enterprise licence.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service.

CV Architect Pro does not guarantee job interview invitations, employment offers, or any specific career outcome. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all changes to your CV before submission. The service is provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Remans Design Consulting's aggregate liability for any claims arising from use of CV Architect Pro shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months, or €0 for free-tier users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as first instance, except where EU consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
